Can you take over our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?

Yes. We can take over your Microsoft 365 tenant and act as your CSP (Cloud Solution Provider), managing the licences on your behalf. It's often better support than buying direct.

What is NCE (New Commerce Experience)?

NCE is Microsoft's licensing model. It can be cheaper on an annual commitment, but there are penalties if you cancel mid-term. We help you mix annual and monthly licences to balance cost and flexibility.

Do you audit our current spend?

Yes. We can review your bill and tenant usage to spot users on higher-cost licences who aren't using the features (e.g., E5 vs E3).

Do you handle non-Microsoft licenses?

Yes. We can manage licensing for security vendors (SentinelOne, Huntress), backup (Veeam, Datto) and networking (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti).

How do you handle renewals?

We track renewals and give you a heads-up 30 to 60 days out, so there are no surprises. We can handle the paperwork, or cancel it if you no longer need the tool.
