The five-phase delivery model
We split projects into five clear phases so you know what’s next and when the project moves into day-to-day operations.
1. Discover and plan
Environment inventory, risk check and stakeholder alignment.
Deliverables: Baseline report, risk register, roadmap and initial SOW. Time: 1–3 weeks.
2. Design and quote
Detailed design, security controls, acceptance criteria and a fixed quote.
Deliverables: Design docs, draft runbooks, acceptance criteria and SOW. Options: Fixed scope or budgeted hours.
3. Build and test
Build, unit testing, integration (Intune, Defender, backups) and a pilot.
Deliverables: Configured environment, test evidence and pilot results. Approach: Staged rollouts and PVT.
4. Validate and transition (hypercare)
Formal validation testing, hypercare for go-live, and runbooks handed over to operations.
Deliverables: Acceptance sign-off, final runbooks and operator training. Focus: Zero P1 incidents.
5. Operate and improve
Project moves into Managed IT with a named Service Lead and continuous improvement.
Deliverables: QBRs, tuning and roadmap. Owner: Service Lead.
