Challenge

Neami needed one central identity platform to support cloud apps, enforce MFA and automate user lifecycle tasks, with minimal disruption to staff.

What we did

Designed the Entra ID setup and staged the migration plan.
Migrated accounts and configured Conditional Access policies to enforce MFA and block legacy authentication.
Built automated onboarding and offboarding workflows using Power Automate and Graph APIs to reduce manual account changes.
Documented identity runbooks and integrated identity alerts into Jira for triage and response.

Outcome

Automating the identity lifecycle reduced manual work for IT and improved account security with organisation-wide MFA and consistent Conditional Access.
The migration improved compliance and cut the time to provision new users.
